PS3 PSN

I just want to vent my frustrations here...

We put our trust in such a huge company!! A company that is one of the biggest in the world.

Playstation...

I appreciate that you can't help being hacked into, and I appreciate that it is a[n] horrific violation but..

And this is a serious frickin' but...

It's been over a week now!! Surely you're a big enough company to have:

1. Got the big boys in to sort it out; or

2. Sorted it yourselves and protected everyone from this ridiculous form of identity fraud!

Like I said...it's been over a week!! Our trust is placed in your hands. Surely you can do something to gain this back from your millions (billions?) of customers?

How can I trust that my information is safe with you ever again? It took 9 days for Sony to tell me(!) that something was wrong. Before that I was 'lucky' enough to have read it on the Internet - imagine if l was oblivious like most teenagers (the majority, I imagine, who spend most of their time playing the culprit console) - can you really see them watching/reading the news? It's not their fault!!

It's common acceptance to be oblivious when you're young!! Jeez, come on, it's an unwritten rule that your parents have to tell you if the end is nigh up until you're at least 24, so no one can be blamed if you didn't know that the playstation was at risk of ID fraud!

Come on PS, your ignorance infuriates me!

Bring back the faith!! Don't prove to be a, as us Brits say, total utter fool...

The power is in your hands to give us regular updates, at least, of what is going on and what we need to do to trust you again, as well as make our personal information secret to the rest of the world...again!!

Why aren't you fighting to claim you're a trustworthy company?

Or aren't you??
